Acquired in 2015 by Censof Holdings Berhad Malaysia, KnowledgeCom’s Indonesian Joint Venture (JV) partner, Praisindo Technology, is a fellow subsidiary of Censof acquired earlier in 2011. Praisindo Technology offers products, consulting and implementation of best practices for IT companies in the financial and banking sector of Indonesia. The synergy between KnowledgeCom’s talent training and development capabilities and Praisindo Technology’s core capabilities in the Finance IT (FIT) sector gives rise to potential FIT training solutions for professionals looking to start or move up the ladder in the FIT industry.
